We are seeking a dynamic and skilled individual to fill the position of Wine Club & Tasting Manager in the Hollister area!

Job Description: 
  • Manage all locations, shipments, and communications in coordination with production and shipping.
  • Ensure exceptional service in tasting operations, collaborating with leadership to set service standards and monitor performance.
  • Oversee the wine club's member acquisition, retention, fulfillment, and communications while enhancing the overall member experience.
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow membership and boost engagement and lifetime value.
  • Create engaging experiences that promote loyalty and sales, and provide ongoing training for staff, emphasizing wine knowledge and service standards.
  • Ensure compliance with alcohol regulations and plan wine club and tasting events, managing timelines, staffing, budgets, and evaluations.
  • Track performance metrics and collaborate with marketing to align messaging and support special projects.

Requirements: 
  • Experience in winery compliance, shipping regulations, and club fulfillment
  • 3–5 years of experience in wine club management, tasting room management, hospitality management, or a related field.
  • Ability to train, coach, and influence team members without direct supervisory authority.
  • Proven experience in managing events and member or guest-focused programs.
  • Robust knowledge of wine, wine service, and direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales is essential.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are necessary, alongside a strong customer service mindset and a passion for hospitality.
  • ERP and compliance software, such as Nexternal & ShipCompliant is a plus.
 
Pay: $25 - $27/hr
Schedule: Part-time (weekend availability required)
Hours: Flexible
