Job Description

Press Brake Operator 
Bring your leadership skills and  welding or powder coat experience to an excellent company in Grand Island, NE! 

Job Duties:

  • Lead and support welding and powder coating teams.

  • Assign tasks, train employees, and monitor performance.

  • Inspect welds and powder-coated finishes for quality.

  • Maintain production schedules and troubleshoot issues.

  • Enforce safety procedures and equipment upkeep

Pay: $25-$30 DOE
Shift: 1st
Hours: 6am – 4:30pm, Monday - Thursday

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of welding and/or powder coating experience (leadership preferred).

  • Knowledge of MIG/TIG welding and powder coating processes.

  • Ability to read blueprints and work orders.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
