Job Description


Welder – 1st Shift
Location: Omaha, NE
Pay: $16+/hour (based on experience) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift 7AM-330PM

We are seeking a skilled and reliable MIG/TIG Welder to join our 1st shift production team. The ideal candidate has experience reading blueprints, fabricating and assembling metal components, and maintaining a high standard of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform MIG and TIG welding on various metals according to specifications

  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions

  • Inspect welds and components to ensure accuracy and quality

  • Maintain welding equipment and a clean, safe work area

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Requirements:

  • Proven MIG/TIG welding experience

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
  • Ability to lift and move materials as needed
