Job Description

Advance Services is seeking Welders/Fabricators for a growing company in Minden, NE. Candidates must have 1 year of full-time welding experience in an industrial environment or have completed a weld certification program. Employees will enjoy competitive pay, safety and attendance incentives, and weekly pay.

The Welder/Fabricator will be responsible for welding and fabricating parts and assemblies in a variety of material thicknesses and sizes. Qualified candidates must have experience with MIG welding, the ability to read and follow instructions, and a strong commitment to safety and quality. This position requires a team-oriented attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to meet production goals.

Schedule:

  • 1st Shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm (Mon–Fri)
    Weekend Shift: 6:00am – 6:00pm (Fri–Sun)
    Work 36 hours, get paid for 40!

Wage:

 $22.00/hr

Job Requirements:

  • Must pass a drug test

  • 1 year of full-time welding experience in an industrial environment or completion of a weld certification program

  • MIG welding experience

  • Ability to work in a team environment
