Job Description

Warehouse Order Coordinator
Location: Prescott, WI
Job Type: Full-Time
$20-23/hr
7AM-4PM, Monday through Saturday
About the Role
We're seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Order Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations by coordinating customer orders, shipping documentation, inventory transactions, and shipment processes. This role plays an important part in ensuring orders are processed accurately, shipments are prepared on time, and inventory records remain accurate. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working with inventory systems, and able to communicate effectively with internal teams and customers.
Responsibilities

Process customer orders and coordinate outbound shipments according to customer requirements and company procedures.
Prepare shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing slips, and shipping labels using ERP systems.
Track, record, and analyze inventory transactions to maintain accuracy.
Serve as a resource for ERP inventory and order processing activities.
Update customer portals with inventory and shipment information.
Prioritize orders and shipments while providing status updates when needed.
Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy goals.
Monitor shipment routing requirements and ensure compliance with customer guidelines.
Communicate with warehouse teams to support efficient order fulfillment.
Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.

Qualifications Education

High School Diploma, Associate Degree, or equivalent experience required.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, order processing, logistics, or warehouse operations within a manufacturing or distribution environment preferred.

Skills & Requirements

Experience using ERP systems for order processing and inventory transactions.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Experience with customer distribution portals preferred.
Forklift certification preferred, or willingness to become certified.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and move throughout the workday.
Frequently lift and carry 10–40 pounds.
Occasionally lift up to 70 pounds.
Ability to perform warehouse-related tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
