Warehouse Helper / Warehouse Laborer – Hiring Immediately

Location: Cedar Rapids, IA
Pay: $16–$19/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
We are hiring a dependable Warehouse Helper / Warehouse Laborer to join our team in Cedar Rapids, IA. This role supports daily warehouse operations including unloading freight, staging materials, and maintaining accurate inventory. The ideal warehouse helper is reliable, physically capable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Warehouse Helper Responsibilities:

  • Unload weekly freight trucks safely and efficiently

  • Pre-stage materials for upcoming jobs and deliveries

  • Assist with inventory control, tracking, and organization

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse

  • Support daily warehouse operations and workflow

  • Assist with additional warehouse or light office tasks as needed

Warehouse Helper Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Valid driver’s license required

  • Reliable transportation

  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs consistently

  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

  • Previous experience as a warehouse helper, warehouse laborer, or general laborer preferred but not required
