Universal Banker

Immediate Openings!

We have an excellent career opportunity as a Universal Banker assisting customers with their banking needs and providing financial solutions.

Job Duties:

  • Greet and assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and other transactions.

  • Open and service personal and business accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, loans, etc.).

  • Educate customers on digital banking tools, mobile apps, and self-service options.

  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products (loans, credit cards, investments).

  • Cross-sell bank products to build relationships and meet sales goals.

  • Provide financial guidance, resolve issues, and escalate when needed.

  • Ensure compliance with bank policies, security, and regulatory requirements.

  • Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records.

  • Support branch operations (vault management, opening/closing).

  • Participate in community engagement and business development activities.

Pay: $17–20/hr DOE
Shift: Day, M-F with every 3rd Saturday. 
Hours: 8am-5pm
