Immediately Seeking!

Truss Department – Production Worker
Monday – Friday | OT as needed
7:00am – 3:30pm | Early starts at 5:00am or 6:00am as needed | $18.40/hr

Will assist with production line operations in the Truss Plant, operate and monitor machinery, load and unload materials, and package finished products while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Start up, operate, and stop production equipment and machinery
  • Assist with production line processes in the Truss Plant
  • Load and unload items from machines, carts, and dollies
  • Feed or place materials onto equipment for processing
  • Remove finished products and machine attachments as needed
  • Lubricate equipment and clear waste material from machines
  • Inspect products for quality and conformance to specifications
  • Pull damaged or defective materials or equipment from the line
  • Mark, measure, and identify parts accurately
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Accurately record production and process data
  • Package and prepare finished products for shipping
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements

Qualifications/Key Skillsets:
  • Ability to follow production and process specifications
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and equipment awareness
  • Ability to measure and mark materials accurately
  • Safety-focused mindset and proper use of PPE
  • Ability to take direction from supervisors and team leads
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to complete tasks efficiently and accurately
