Conditioning Tower Operator

Advance Services, Inc. is hiring for a Conditioning Tower Operator and play a vital role in seed processing. You’ll operate and maintain equipment, ensure quality standards, and support safety protocols in a dynamic environment.
  • Safely operate and troubleshoot seed conditioning machinery.
  • Load, unload, and handle bulk seed and pesticides with proper PPE.
  • Perform quality checks, equipment adjustments, and basic maintenance.
  • Use PLC controls and record data accurately in digital systems.
  • Assist with housekeeping and follow SOPs for compliance and safety.

Shift: 1st; Monday-Friday
Hours: 7AM-3:30PM
Pay: $23/HR
