Job Description

Test Technician

We are hiring! We are seeking a detail?oriented and hands-on NPI Test Technician to support the testing and validation of new electro-mechanical products during prototype and pilot build phases. In this role, you will be a key contributor in ensuring new products are ready for successful transition into full production. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Test, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to execute test procedures, document results, and help refine processes that support product launch in the Scotts Valley, CA area!

Job Duties:
  • Perform functional, performance, and reliability testing on prototype and early-stage units following established test procedures.
  • Use test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and data logging tools to execute test plans and record accurate results.
  • Support Engineering with execution of Engineering Change Requests (ECR/ECO) including retesting and documentation updates.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Test, Manufacturing, and Quality in pilot builds and NPI launch activities.
  • Document defects, test failures, and improvement recommendations in accordance with DDI procedures.

Hours: Varies
Pay: $30-$35 depending on experience
