Job Description

Job Title: Tech Support Agent / Apprentice
We are looking for a motivated IT Technician or Technician Apprentice to join our team. This is a full-time, flexible position (30–40 hours per week) providing IT support to business customers and their end users.
This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, customer-focused, and eager to build a career in IT. No prior professional experience is required - just the right attitude and willingness to learn.
Location: Alliance, NE
Salary: $20.00 per hour
Full Time: Monday-Friday 8-5 (will consider part time hours)

Benefits Available after probation period of 90 days:

What We’re Looking For

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Basic understanding of computers and technology
Ability to learn quickly and take initiative
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized
Valid driver’s license (for occasional onsite work - mileage compensated)

Preferred (But Not Required)

Any hands-on IT experience (personal, school, or work-related)
Familiarity with Windows, networking basics, or Microsoft 365
