Welder
Hiring immediately! 
Location: Cedar Rapids, IA
1st Shift  7am - 3:30pm
Pay: $23/hr (Based on Experience)

We're looking for a detail-oriented welder to join our team and help bring custom CAD-driven designs to life. This is a full-time role where welding is the primary responsibility, with opportunities to grow your skills in inventory, customer communication, and software use. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform welding work according to custom CAD designs and exact specifications

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure project accuracy and efficiency

  • Communicate effectively with customers when needed

  • Assist with inventory tracking and management

  • Learn and utilize company-specific software

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

  • Lift materials up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the day

  • Multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Show up consistently and on time, ready to contribute
