Production Supervisor – Now Hiring!

Bring your leadership skills and strong work ethic to a great opportunity as a Production Supervisor in Norfolk, NE!

Pay: $18.00/hour, increase in pay after training complete. 
Shift: 1st Shift (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
Note: Position will transition to a rotating night shift schedule after training. Weekend availability required based on rotation.

What You’ll Do:
  • Supervise and support production employees
  • Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency
  • Assist with bagging, tagging, and packaging products
  • Prepare materials, including rolling product and boxing
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Operate machinery as needed
  • Monitor and ensure quality control standards
  • Perform manual lifting and other assigned duties
