Advance Services has an exciting new opening for a Press Room Supervisor in Brooklyn Park, MN!
What you’ll be doing:
· Lead and perform set-up/operation of assembly machines, welders, press brakes, punch presses, and related equipment.
· Coordinate workflow, scheduling, and staffing to meet production priorities.
· Perform complex set-ups and run production jobs independently.
· Support Lean Manufacturing practices.
Quality Control
· Supervise and hold team accountable for production quality and output.
· Track and improve production measurements.
· Inspect parts, read blueprints, and ensure compliance with standards.
· Report issues affecting safety, quality, or equipment.
Maintenance
· Troubleshoot and resolve equipment, tooling, and material issues.
· Recommend process, tooling, and equipment improvements.
· Implement corrective actions to maintain productivity.
Training & Documentation
· Train, mentor, and evaluate employees.
· Conduct appraisals and recommend personnel actions.
· Follow written procedures and exemplify company values.

Shift: 1st. Monday-Thursday
Hours: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay: $28.96 t0 $36.06

Requirements/ Qualifications:
· · 5+ years supervisory experience in metal stamping
· · Knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety, and team leadership
· · PMA Press Operator/Die Setter Training (Lessons 1–26) or 2+ years setup experience
· · Forklift certified
