Job Description

Sort/Inspect Positions Available!
$18-$20/hr | Mon–Thurs, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM and possible required OT on Fri-Sat 5:00am to 1:30pm | Temporary Assignment - estimated 2 month project

Looking for a great-paying, short-term opportunity in manufacturing? We’re hiring candidates to sort and inspect at our Atlantic, IA facility. This temporary assignment is perfect for those looking to gain hands-on experience, earn competitive pay, and work in a clean, team-focused environment — no prior experience required!

In this role, you’ll play an important part in maintaining product quality by identifying flaws and ensuring only top-quality parts move forward in production. Attention to detail is a must!

What You’ll Do:
• Sort and inspect wheel bearings for defects or imperfections
• Perform visual and gauge measurement checks to ensure quality standards
• Separate and document non-conforming parts
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work closely with team members to meet daily goals

What We’re Looking For:
• Reliable and dependable attendance is a must

• Ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks
• Team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to learn – no experience required
