Job Description

Full Time Software Engineer (Direct Hire)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Software Engineer to support business systems, network infrastructure, and custom software development. This is a direct hire opportunity with a stable, growing company offering long-term career potential. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications using Microsoft technologies while also providing technical support and ensuring systems operate efficiently and securely.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain software using .Net Framework (ASP.Net, WinForms) and SQL Server
Create automation solutions for electronic test equipment
Provide technical support for Microsoft stack technologies
Assist end-users with general IT-related requests and troubleshooting
Perform software systems testing to ensure reliability and performance
Collaborate with hardware engineers and internal teams to ensure design feasibility within cost and time constraints
Communicate with customers to establish maintenance procedures for software systems
Support network administration and ongoing system improvements

Qualifications:
Associate degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering (or higher)
2+ years of relevant software development experience
Experience with ASP.Net, WinForms, and SQL Server required
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work with ITAR data; eligibility for U.S. Government security clearance preferred
Electronics experience and additional Microsoft technologies a plus
