Job Description

Shipping and Receiving Clerk
Schedule: 7:30am-4:00pm M-F
Pay: $18-$23.50 based on experience

Join our team as a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, supporting efficient logistics, inventory accuracy, and a safe work environment. Grow your career with us!

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, package, and ship customer orders (small parcels & LTL), completing all related documentation and executing shipments via Epicor.
Receive, inspect, and log inbound deliveries; communicate receipt status and process ERP transactions.
Pack stainless steel parts for stock inventory following SOPs; create labels and verify accuracy.
Perform regular cycle counts and maintain accurate ERP data.
Collaborate with departments to resolve discrepancies and communicate proactively.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, operating equipment safely.
Conduct daily cycle counts of pipes, flanges, and finished goods inventory.

Qualifications:

Experience in shipping/receiving preferred.
Proficiency with ERP systems (Epicor a plus).
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and safety awareness.
Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment.
