Shipping Clerk
We’re hiring! We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our manufacturing technology company in the Morgan Hill area. If you’re organized, dependable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Pay: $19.00-$23.00
Shift: 6am-2:30pm
Job Duries:
  • Coordinating the logistical functions related to shipping products.
  • Providing oversight of the day-to-day tactical operations within the Shipping department to optimize the service levels.
  • Responsible for the successful execution of daily activities in the shipping department.
  • Ensuring tracking numbers are entered into designated locations. 
  • Coordinating with Manufacturing and Materials Supervisors to establish procedures that support shipping best practices that allow for optimized product flow, efficient handling, and accurate tracking of shipped products.
Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years in a manufacturing warehouse, shipping/receiving setting.
  • Knowledge of FedEx & UPS Systems. Familiar with DSL International Shipping.
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. 
  • Strong understanding in MRP systems. 
  • Able to lift 5olbs
  • Prolonged sitting and standing
