Job Description

Shipping & Receiving Coordinator
Cedar Rapids, IA

1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
$18–$20/hr DOE

We are currently hiring a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator for a clean, team-oriented manufacturing environment in Cedar Rapids. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, keeping things moving, and working in a fast-paced warehouse/shipping setting without the chaos.
Responsibilities:

Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments
Verify shipments, packing slips, and inventory accuracy
Prepare orders for shipment and ensure timely delivery
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed
Maintain organized shipping/receiving areas
Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal departments
Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse support

Qualifications:

Previous shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred
Forklift experience is a plus
Basic computer and inventory system knowledge
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
