Ag Equipment Setup Technician

Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on Setup Technician to assemble, maintain, and repair agricultural equipment. This role is key to keeping machinery running efficiently and supporting field operations.

Location: Gering, NE
Pay: $17+/hour DOE
Schedule: Full-Time
Benefits: Full Benefit Package

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and service farm equipment
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical issues
  • Perform routine maintenance
  • Operate forklifts, skid steers, and tractors
  • Read and follow schematics and instructions
  • Occasional travel for on-site repairs

Qualifications:
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Experience with hand and power tools
  • Ability to read schematics
  • Equipment operation experience preferred
  • Basic hydraulic knowledge and welding a plus
