Service Technician - Davenport, IA

Schedule: Monday-Friday
Shift: 8AM-5PM
Pay: $20.00/hr. - $28.00/hr. (based on experience)
Location: Davenport, IA

Looking for a career where you can put your mechanical skills to work, enjoy weekly pay, and build your expertise? Join our team as a Service Technician, setting up and maintaining machines to keep production running at its best.

What You’ll Do
  • Working function, operation and maintenance of NC and CNC machinery.
  • Assist with customer service
  • Organize and schedule employee product training for inside and outside staff
  • Machine setups and installation
  • Organize training staff for customer requested installations
  • Create and monitor service ticket trends open to closed stage
  • Note service related issues in CRM
  • Encourage sales to offer trade in and upgraded machinery
  • Maintain, update and organize service related documents
Requirements: 
  • Knowledge of any or all of the following mechanical drawings, basic electrical circuits, industrial wiring required.
  • Experience and knowledgeable in machining, fabricating and plasma cutting tube is preferable.
  • Position requires organized and dedicated individual who is proficient with computers. 
  • Must have a positive can do attitude and work patiently with customers. 
  • Some travel required
