Job Description:
Entry level position. Work as a member of the Seedcare Institute Application team by supporting specific large scale application trials for product validation and quality assessment for seed treatments in according with specific internal standards and protocols. Under direction of the Seedcare Application Leads, prepare and develop slurries, perform treating equipment calibration, run treating trials on large treating equipment, analyze and summarize project studies and compile the findings in a detailed report, being prepared to make recommendations to team leads based on the results.
Critical Skills:
  • Help on the weighting of seed, packaging, treating and shipping of seed associated with research protocols.
  • Keep workspace clean after work shift
  • Organized and focus on quality
  • Has good basic math skills.

Desired Qualifications:
  • AAS in technology or Bachelor's degree in any Science.
  • Experience handling commercial production equipment (seed treating equipment) is desired. 
  • Experience in a research lab environment managing multiple projects is highly desired.
  • Microsoft office tools required
  • Perform high quality evaluations, documentation and reporting for the assigned project.
  • Ability to make conclusions based on research date, archive in a format for timely access, and communicate effectively within team and with needed external partners to support business.

Hours per week:  35 - 45 hours.
Pay starting @ $20.00 / hr
Starting January 12th,  2026.
Must pass screenings.
