Secret Shopper
Schedule: Varies based on routes
Pay: $18

Are you detail-oriented with a keen eye for observation? Do you enjoy exploring different retail environments while ensuring customer service and safety standards are met? Join us as a Secret Shopper and play a vital role in helping brands maintain their commitment to quality and compliance. Your assessments will directly influence store practices, making this an exciting opportunity to contribute to improvements behind the scenes.

Required Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail and keen observational skills
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions precisely
  • Reliable, punctual, and responsible
  • Excellent professionalism and confidentiality
  • Valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance
  • Own reliable transportation

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Previous experience in retail, customer service, or mystery shopping roles
  • Familiarity with compliance standards and reporting procedures

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in similar roles is a plus but not mandatory

Other Requirements:
  • Must be between 21–25 years old
  • Able to travel to multiple store locations as assigned
  • Must have reliable transportation, including own vehicle
