Job Description

Secret Shopper Pay: $18/hour including mile reimbursement
Schedule: 1 day out of the month (you pick the day)

Overview:
- We're hiring reliable, detail-orientated Secret Shopper to anonymously evaluate customer service and the overall shopping experience at assigned retail locations. Job Duties:
- Visit assigned stores as a regular customer.
- Evaluate customer service, cleanliness, and product availability.
- Complete required purchases when needed.
- Submit accurate reports and receipts after each visit.
- Follow assignment guidelines and meet deadlines.

Job Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good written communication skills.
- Reliable transportation.
- Basic smartphone and computer skills.
