Job Description


Sander & Finisher - DeWitt

Location: DeWitt, IA
Shift: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday
Pay: $15.00+/hr.

Be part of a team that values growth and offers advancement and in depth training to those who are willing to put their best foot forward! In this position, you will work with the best and learn multiple department duties. 


Job Duties:
  • Use hand sanders, power sanders, and other abrasive tools to achieve the desired finish
  • Choose the appropriate sandpaper or abrasive belts based on the material and the required finish
  • Inspect products for defects and ensure surfaces are properly prepared for next steps
  • Clean and maintain sanding equipment
  • Duties as assigned


Requirements:
  • Reliable attendance and communication
  • Sanding/Painting experience preferred, but not required
  • Subject to background check and drug test
