Join a team where you can make a difference every day! Advance Services is hiring a Recruiter in Wakefield, NE, to help connect great people with great job opportunities. This is a fast-paced position that involves recruiting, interviewing, helping applicants through the hiring process, and building strong relationships with employees.

Job Duties:

Recruit and interview candidates
Assist applicants with the application and hiring process
Communicate with applicants and follow up throughout the hiring process
Make follow-up calls and maintain regular communication with candidates
Post and advertise open positions and help generate applicants
Maintain accurate candidate and employee information
Help with onboarding, applicant questions, and day-to-day staffing needs
Spanish/English bilingual communication is preferred

Pay: $25 or more depening on experience.
Shift: 1st Shift; M-F 8am-5pm
Hours: Full-Time
