Recruiter
Location: Omaha, NE (Hybrid Schedule)
Schedule: Flexible hours between 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – In-office required Tuesday through Thursday
Pay: $30-35/hour (based on experience) 

About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team and help us attract exceptional talent while delivering a seamless candidate experience. In this role, you’ll manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from initial intake through successful hire, partnering closely with Hiring Managers and HR business partners to find and engage the best qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from intake through hire.

  • Develop creative sourcing strategies and proactively build pipelines of qualified and diverse candidates.

  • Conduct interviews and provide Hiring Managers with clear, concise candidate summaries.

  • Partner with HR business partners to present offers to internal and external candidates.

  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through consistent communication and follow-through.

  • Build and maintain relationships with Hiring Managers and HR business partners through strategy discussions and regular updates.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of professional recruiting experience.

  • Experience using applicant tracking systems such as Workday and CRMs such as Phenom.

  • Demonstrated proficiency using LinkedIn Recruiter to engage and build passive candidate pipelines.

  • Proven ability to develop long-term relationships with Hiring Managers and candidates.

  • Comfort using data and analytics to guide recruitment strategies and decisions.
