Receptionist-Order/Sales Rep

Urgently Hiring!

Location: Riverdale, IA
Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Schedule: Monday-Friday 
Pay Starting: $18/hr.

Advance Services is looking to hire a Receptionist-Order/Sales Rep to handle front counter sales and manage customer relationships! This role is ideal for someone with a customer service background and computer skills who would like to enhance and grow their sales skills. This position includes duties such as data entry, assisting in the ordering process, following up on existing projects, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer service & sales support
  • Order management & communication
  • Inventory & showroom operations
Physical Requirements:

  • Sit, stand, walk, twist, bend, occasional light lifting, typing
Safety Requirements:
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
  • Follow all safety protocols and OSHA requirements
  • Use proper lifting techniques
  • Adhere to driving regulations (seatbelt, state policies)
  • Wear appropriate personal protective equipment, safety shoes, and clothing based on office vs. showroom
