Receptionist in Kansas City!

Overview:
Advance Services, Inc. is hiring a highly motivated worker to join their team for a Manufacturer in Kansas City!

Job Duties:
  • Professionally answering and transferring calls using a multiline phone system.
  • Greeting and assisting vendors and guests, issuing visitor badges, and ensuring proper sign-in procedures.
  • Maintains the appearance of the reception and lobby areas while providing clerical support to multiple departments.
Shift: 1st: Monday-Friday
Time: 8AM-4:30PM
Pay: $18-19/HR


Requirements:
  • 3 years of receptionist experience plus High School Diploma
