Job Description

Raw Material Administrator
Join the Advance Services team! We’re hiring a Raw Material Administrator to support warehouse and production operations in the Coppell area. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying organized and working in a team environment.

What you’ll do:
  • Receive and track incoming raw materials.
  • Enter and maintain inventory information in the system.
  • Check in drivers and verify shipping documents.
  • Inspect trailers for safety and cleanliness.
  • Prepare and organize basic documentation.
  • Support inventory counts and daily warehouse needs.
What we’re looking for:
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse setting.
  • Basic computer and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
  • Warehouse or inventory experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Forklift knowledge and bilingual skills are a plus.

Job Requirements

ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.). Experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) preferred
Familiarity with quality assurance documentation (CoAs, SDSs) is an asset. Prepare certificates of Analysis (CoA), and Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
