Job Description

 Rail & Commodity Transload Specialist
Location: Sidney, NE | Full-Time | 

Are you looking for a hands-on, fast-paced role where every day is different? We’re hiring General Laborers to join a hard-working crew supporting transloading, site development, and crude oil handling in Sidney, NE.
 What You'll Do:

  • Safely assist with loading and unloading commodities between trucks, railcars, and ground storage

  • Coordinate with equipment operators to ensure smooth, safe transfers

  • Support crude oil transloading, including pressure release, hose connections, lid switching, and inspections

  • Maintain accurate records for inbound and outbound shipments

  • Assist with rail movement and site development as needed

  • Complete tasks assigned by Team Leads and management

  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and team-driven environment
 Requirements:

  • Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions

  • Comfortable with physical labor and following safety protocols

  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs consistently; 75lbs infrequently, and 100lbs occasionally

  • Reliable attendance and communication are essential

  • Previous experience with rail, oil, or equipment is a plus but not required
