Quality Engineer
Davenport, Iowa
1st Shift: 7a-4:30p
2nd Shift: 3p-11:30p
Starting Pay: $40/hr Based on Experience

Advance Services is hiring experienced Quality Engineers who aren't afraid of hard work and takes pride in their work. Experience or training in Quality Engineering in a manufacturing setting is preferred—apply today to start the conversation!

Responsibilities: 
-Design and implement methods for process control, process improvement, and testing
-Maintain test equipment to traceable standards accepted in the automobile industry
-Read blueprints, specifications and create associated PPAP documentation to ensure that specifications, standard processes, and operations are being maintained and that due care in the manufacture of the product is being maintained
 -?Monitor tooling and assembly process equipment, ensuring calibration standards and process checkpoints are complete and within operational tolerances 
-?Quality inspections

Requirements: 
-APQP Core Tool Knowledge: Control Plans; PFMEA; Process Flow; PPAP; Gage Control & MSA
-5+ years of experience in a supply chain/manufacturing environment
-Experience in a variety of problem-solving tools and techniques
-Quality Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
-Experience Dealing with non-conformance material
