Job Description


Job Title: Quality Control Inspector (Night Shift)
Schedule: 2-2-3 Rotation | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Pay: $24.81
Environment: Fast-paced, hot manufacturing setting
Overview:
-We are hiring a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to support production of industrial, food, and medical-grade plastic packaging. This role focuses on inspecting products, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining accurate documentation. Job Responsibilities:
- Perform in-process and final inspections of plastic films
- Check dimensions (length, width, thickness) and inspect for defects
- Use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
- Record and track quality data for traceability
- Monitor product consistency during production
- Report defects and assist with nonconforming materials
- Follow safety policies and GMP standards Job Requirements: 
 - High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of inspection experience (manufacturing preferred)
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, and GMPs
- Comfortable using measurement equipment
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand long hours and lift up to 40 lbs
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
