Advance Services has an exciting new opening for a Quality Assurance Inspector 1st Shift in Gilbert, AZ
Summary:
Quality-focused role requiring experience in sheet metal, machining, and GD&T, ensuring product compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
Core Responsibilities
Perform First Article, in-process, and final inspections on parts and assemblies
Conduct inspections using precision measurement tools
Document inspection results in Quality Plans
Identify and communicate non-conformances
Key Requirements
Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills
Proficiency with inspection tools (micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, surface plates, etc.)
Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100D, and AS9102 (FAI)
Solid math and analytical skills for product evaluation
Proficiency in Excel and Word
Pay: $23-$26/hr. DOE
