Job Description

Quality Assurance Inspector

We are looking for a QA Inspector that specializes in a critical role in ensuring that all incoming materials and products meet quality standards in the Scotts Valley area! If you are highly skilled in manufacturing industries, electronics, and optimizing quality assurance procedures this is a perfect opportunity for you!

Job Duties:

Perform detailed inspections, testing, and sampling of incoming materials and products to ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
Actively identify areas for process optimization and implement solutions that improve quality control workflows, reduce waste, and enhance overall inspection efficiency.
Utilize data from inspections and testing to identify trends, make informed decisions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the inspection and supply chain processes.
Maintain accurate, organized records of inspections, test results, and corrective actions, ensuring transparency and compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

Associate’s degree in a technical field, a relevant technical certification, or a bachelor’s degree in quality assurance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
In-depth knowledge of quality standards (ISO, ASTM, FDA) and regulatory compliance requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
