Job Description

Purchasing Clerk

Join a fast-paced team in Grand Island, NE as a Purchasing Clerk and help drive efficient, on-time production through smart and timely purchasing.

Job Duties:

Create and process purchase orders for raw materials, consumables, and shop supplies. Coordinate with vendors to confirm pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.
Track and follow up on outstanding orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any delays or issues.
Assist with inventory management, including stock checks and reconciling discrepancies.
Verify incoming shipments match purchase orders and coordinate with receiving staff to resolve discrepancies.

Pay: $18/Hour
Shift: 1st
Hours: 7 am to 3:30 pm
