Purchasing Assistant
Hiring Immediately

Location: Cedar Falls, IA
Shift: 8am-4:30pm, Mon-Fri
Pay: $16-18/hr

Grow your purchasing skills in a professional environment! Looking for enthusiastic, detail orientated professionals to start today!

Job Duties:
  • Tracking issues with Excel for  specific vendors and communicating findings to buyers
  • Run end of month reporting and update internal documents.
  • Review purchase order confirmations from vendors and resolve and errors.
  • Contact vendors for late orders or request tracking numbers.
  • Acquire material certs from suppliers.
