Advance Services has an exciting new opening for an Incentive Program Specialist in Kansas City!

Job Purpose
Support the development and execution of recruiting, incentive, and recognition programs to drive sponsorships and product sales. Coordinate company functions, training events, and recognition activities for IBOs.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, promote, and manage incentive and recognition programs, including awards, President’s Club, and special events.
Maintain incentive program data, reporting, and vendor relationships.
Research and propose new incentive/recognition initiatives to support company goals.
Provide customer service to IBOs and staff; assist with promotion of training programs across company platforms.
Coordinate logistics for trainings (registrations, materials, vendors, travel, A/V, and reporting).
Crosstrain to ensure consistent support for IBOs and internal teams.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in meeting planning or incentive program coordination.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Customer service mindset with flexibility to work outside regular hours.
Proficiency with PC applications.

Shift: 1st Monday-Friday
Hours: 8AM-5PM
Pay: $18-20/hr.
