Job Description

Production Team Member (1st shift 6am-230pm)                  $16.50hr

Advance Services is immediately hiring Production Team Members in Phoenix, AZ. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career! We offer you the chance to work for a fast-growing company with a consistent schedule and ample opportunity for overtime and growth. 

Job Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to all Company Policy & Procedures and Department Procedures
  • Notifies Lead, Supervisor or Management of problems which affect production/quality of parts
  • Completes all assignments in a timely manner and procedures are followed
  • Resposible for quality and quantity of products
  • Packs products in a manner to protect product from damage during shipment
  • Works with limited or no supervision
  • Use standard boxes, crates or skids for shipments
  • Constructs non-standard boxes or containers if required
  • Selects material for packing or protection of product and method of bracing or blocking to prevent shifting or damage while in transit
  • Applies required labels to boxes
  • Must have knowledge of material speeds and feeds, fixturing and tooling
  • Demonstrate good hand and eye coordination with ability to use both hands in installing small hardware pieces
