Job Description

Production Supervisor 

Bring your experience working in a warehouse as a Production Supervisor for an outstanding facility in Chico, CA.

Job Duties:
  • Supervise daily production activities on the factory floor, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Coordinate and monitor assembly line operations to maximize efficiency and meet production targets.
  • Lead and motivate a team of operators, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a high-performance work environment.
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and forklift equipment to facilitate material handling, assembly, and equipment setup as needed.
  • Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify maintenance needs or potential safety hazards.
  • Maintain accurate production records, logs, and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff to manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials for production.

Requirements:
  • Forklift Certified
  • Managerial experience is required
  • Previous production/food manufacturing experience is highly preferred
  • Mechanical skills & knowledge preferred
  • Must have effective written & verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Pay: $28.00 to $35.00 DOE
