Job Description

Production/Quality Engineer
Join a growing manufacturing team as a Production/Quality Engineer responsible for improving production processes, increasing efficiency, and ensuring high-quality output. This role involves production planning, process optimization, troubleshooting equipment issues, quality control, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
  • 4-5 years of experience in a Production Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer role
  • Experience in manufacturing environments (battery, electronics, or automotive preferred)
  • Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (SAP experience is a plus)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • English communication skills required; bilingual Korean/English experience is a plus

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Salary: $90k - 110k annually
