Job Description


Production Lead – 1st Shift
Hours: 6:00am–4:30pm (Mon–Thu)
Pay: $28.50

Overview:
- Lead dry blending operations while ensuring food safety, quality, and production goals are met.

Job Duties:
- Oversee daily production, including scheduling, batching, staging materials, and meeting deadlines
- Ensure accurate recipe execution, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Track and document ingredients, lot numbers, and production data
- Maintain compliance with FDA, GMP, HACCP, SQF, and food safety standards
- Complete required paperwork, sanitation (SSOP), and routine maintenance tasks
- Coordinate with QA, food science, and maintenance teams
- Lead, train, and coach team members while driving continuous improvement and 5S practices

Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED or 3+ years leadership experience in food production
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong English communication skills
- Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
