Apparel Production Assistant (Finishing & Quality Control)
Location: Atlantic, IA


Advance Services, Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Clipping and Finishing Specialist for a fast-paced t-shirt embroidery and screen printing company. We are looking for a precise, detail-oriented team member to join our production crew!


Position Details:
  • Type: Full-time
  • Pay: $15.00 / hour
  • Experience: No experience required—we will train the right person!
What You'll Do:
  • Trim excess threads from finished embroidery designs.
  • Inspect garments for printing or stitching defects.
  • Fold, tag, and pack finished apparel for shipping.
  • Maintain quality control to ensure every order looks perfect.

  • Sharp eye for detail and quality.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to work quickly in a production environment.
  • Reliable team player with a positive attitude.
