2nd Shift Production Dip Tank Operator

Start your next career in Grand Island, NE as a Dip Tank Operator, helping prepare metal building components through an industrial coating and treatment process. This hands-on role supports manufacturing operations by ensuring materials are properly cleaned, coated, and prepared to meet quality standards.
Job Duties
  • Operate dip tank systems to clean, coat, or treat metal components according to company specifications
  • Load and unload materials into tanks using hoists, overhead cranes, or forklifts as required
  • Monitor tank temperatures, chemical levels, and immersion times to ensure proper treatment and coating
  • Inspect parts before and after the dipping process to verify quality and coverage
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of tanks, filters, and surrounding work areas
  • Follow all safety procedures and chemical handling guidelines
  • Record production information and maintain accurate documentation
  • Work with the production team to keep materials moving efficiently through the process
Schedule
Shift: 2nd Shift – Monday–Thursday; overtime may be scheduled on Fridays and Saturdays
Hours: 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM
Pay

$19.00 per hour
