Production Clerk

Hours: 2:30pm to 1:00am
Hiring Immediately! 

The Production Clerk supports daily manufacturing operations by handling production-related documentation and administrative tasks within the production office. This role works closely with the production team and reports directly through the Production department. While primarily office-based, the position may require occasional time on the plant floor to verify materials or assist with inventory counts as needed.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and process production paperwork, reports, and records

  • Enter and update production data accurately in company systems

  • Assist with tracking production orders, work orders, and job status

  • Communicate with supervisors and production staff regarding documentation and workflow updates

  • Prepare and organize production packets and related materials

  • Support scheduling and coordination of production activities

  • Occasionally visit the plant floor to verify materials, counts, or production information

  • Assist with cycle counts or physical inventory checks when required

  • Ensure documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
