Job Description


Production Associate

Location: Kalona, IA
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay: $14.00/hour

Kickstart your career in production with a safe, reliable, and supportive work environment! Advance Services is seeking dependable entry-level Production Associates to join a skilled team. This role is perfect for individuals who take pride in quality work and want opportunities to learn and grow within a company that values its employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and inspect parts according to job instructions (JOS)
  • Rework and repackage parts as needed
  • Operate and run presses and assembly lines
  • Meet production quotas for parts as required
  • Align components and assemble parts to build finished units
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management

Qualifications
  • Follow all company procedures and policies
  • Arrive on time and be ready to work at your station
  • Able to lift up to 40 lbs periodically
  • Able to stand for up to 8 hours continuously
  • Understand and apply basic quality control principles
