Production Worker

Now Hiring! We’re on a mission to provide healthy, delicious meals to students and communities. We’re looking for reliable, hardworking team members to join our Production team in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment in the San Lorenzo, CA area!

Pay rate: $17.00-$17.89
Shift: Mon-Fri (shift varies)

Job Duties:
  • Assembling meals and preparing ingredients following recipes and guidelines
  • Packaging and labeling food items accurately
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the production area
  • Following all food safety and sanitation standards
  • Performing quality checks to ensure consistency and freshness
  • Supporting team goals to meet daily production targets

Qualifications:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Previous food production or warehouse experience is a plus
  • Standing for extended periods
  • Lifting up to 25–50 lbs
  • Working in a refrigerated environment
