Job Description

Production Associate

Advance Services Inc. is looking for individuals who are looking for growth and long-term opportunities!

We are seeking dependable and detail oriented Production Associates to support the manufacturing and assembly process in a fast paced production environment. Responsibilities include loading and feeding production roller paper into machines while ensuring proper alignment for accurate machine feeding. Employees will use pallet jacks to transport materials, including pallets loaded with glass sheets, to designated production areas for machine processing.

The role requires carefully handling production components with company provided gloves and placing them into contained frames with precision before loading them into machines. Associates will inspect and prepare products by taping corner pieces to ensure proper framing alignment prior to the next stage of production. Additional duties include performing quality inspections for damage and deformities, cleaning and wiping debris from products, and loading frames and metal frame components into machines in the correct slots and positions.

Employees will be responsible for starting and stopping machines, maneuvering safely between machines while equipment is powered down, and cleaning machines between work orders and during downtime. The position requires standing for long periods of time, maintaining a fast paced work ethic, and following all safety and organizational procedures. Some work stations require standing on raised platforms approximately one foot above the warehouse floor. Associates may also occasionally move glue drums and assist with production setup as needed.

Hourly Pay:
$17.00

Work Schedule:
9:00am to 6:00pm. Monday to Friday.
1 hour unpaid lunch break
2 10minute paid breaks
