Production Assembler

We are hiring Production Assemblers to perform hands-on assembly, cleaning, inspection, and production tasks involving small components and precision equipment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys detailed work and working with their hands in a manufacturing environment.
Job Duties:

Assemble, mount, clean, and inspect small components, including work under a microscope.
Load, operate, and monitor automated production equipment.
Use hand tools, brushes, microscopes, and other precision equipment.
Follow written procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices to ensure quality.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
Work with team members and supervisors to identify and address production issues.
Higher-level positions may assist with training, cross-training, process improvements, and mentoring other employees.

Requirements:

Entry-level opportunities available; manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus.
Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
Ability to perform fine motor tasks for extended periods.
Ability to read and follow written instructions.
Ability to work effectively with a team.
Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to wear required PPE and work around chemicals and manufacturing by-products.

Pay: $16–$17/hr
Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
