Finishing Operator
Pay: $17.65

Are you passionate about quality work and eager to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment? We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finishing Operator to become a key player in our production process. In this role, you’ll support daily manufacturing and kitting operations by operating laminator equipment, ensuring seamless material flow, and maintaining meticulous production records. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will help uphold the highest standards of quality and compliance across all departments.

Required Skills:
  • Proven experience operating laminator or similar finishing equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Basic understanding of inventory management and material tracking
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Knowledge of safety certifications related to manufacturing

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of manufacturing or finishing operation experience preferred

Other Requirements:
